School Alert: Pasco County

Pasco Sheriff’s Office is aware of threats that are being circulated on social media tagged to “Cypress Creek.” The same photo has been circulated in other school districts in the Tampa Bay area, and appears to have originated out of state. There are no known threats to any Pasco County Schools. PSO continues to investigate these threats, and we always encourage our community to report any suspicious activity.

We urge parents and guardians to discuss with their children the risks of bringing weapons or items resembling weapons to school. Bringing such items on campus is illegal and can lead to legal consequences.
