Missing Person: Ryan Starr

Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Ryan Starr, a missing 37-year-old. Starr is 5’8”, around 170 lbs., with blue eyes and bald. Starr was last seen on April 6 around 5:35 p.m. in the Umber Rd. area of Holiday. Starr may be riding a bicycle. It’s not known what Starr was last seen wearing.
