Missing Person: Richard Wallace
Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Richard Wallace, a missing 18-year-old. Wallace is 5’9″, around 118 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Wallace was last seen on Feb. 17, around 5 p.m. in the Genesis Ave. area of Holiday. Wallace was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black pants, a neon green backpack and carrying a skateboard.
