Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Richard Wallace, a missing/runaway 16-year-old. Wallace is 5’09”, around 145 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Wallace was last seen on April 17, around 8:30 p.m. in the Genesis Ave. area of Holiday. Wallace was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt and purple shorts.
