Missing Person: Nivea Russ
Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Nivea Russ, a missing/runaway 17-year-old. Russ is 5’9”, around 150 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Russ was last seen on Dec. 22 in the State Road 54. area of Lutz. Russ was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans with a brown belt and black Crocs.
