Missing Person: Jared Forma

Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Jared Forma, a missing 48-year-old. Forma is 5’8″, around 160 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Forma was last seen on Sept. 5, in the Tampa W Blvd. area of Tampa. Forma may be in the Great Sapphire Ln. area of Lutz. It’s unknown what Forma was last seen wearing. Forma may be driving a white 2023 Chevy Equinox bearing GA tag CYK8468.
