Missing Person: Isabel Soto
Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Isabel Soto, a missing/runaway 13-year-old. Soto is 5’3”, around 105 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Soto was last seen on April 5 around 5 p.m. in the Lullaby Dr. area of Holiday. Soto was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black ripped jeans and black Crocs.
