Missing/Endangered Person: Mathew Winters

Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Mathew Winters, a missing/endangered 51-year-old. Winters is 6’1” around 280 lbs., with white hair and blue eyes. Winters was last seen on Sept. 27 around 11 a.m., in the Rockwood Ln. area of Port Richey. Winters was last seen wearing a black tank top, unknown color shorts, black/white shoes and a blue hat.
