Community Alert: Sexual Battery
O’Brien Smith, 40
Pasco Sheriff’s Office arrested O’Brien Smith (DOB: 4/23/1984) for sexual battery. The victim hired Smith to complete a service at their residence for Sept. 13. While at the residence, Smith forced himself on the victim and then fled.
