Business Crime Prevention

The Sheriff’s Office will provide Monthly Tips and/or Crime Trends to interested businesses via an e-mail newsletter. The tips will educate and/or remind the businesses of things to do or continue to do that will aid in removing the ‘opportunity’ the criminal is looking for to commit a crime. As the Pasco Sheriff’s Office collects data on crimes and suspicious activity within Pasco County, if we note a trend where awareness would benefit the businesses, we will send out that information. Our goal is to help businesses reduce their chances of becoming targets of crime. A Window Decal will be provided to interested businesses to warn potential offenders that your business will not tolerate criminal activity and has partnered up with Pasco Sheriff’s Office to establish a safer business community.
