ACCREDITATIONS
Commission on Accreditation for Corrections (ACA) is national accreditation and applies to detention.  The Land O’ Lakes Detention Facility has been accredited with ACA since 1993.  Detention accreditation is managed by the Organizational Development Division.

The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA) is national accreditation and applies to law enforcement.  The agency received CALEA accreditation in November 2003 and was awarded reaccreditation in November 2006.  Law enforcement accreditation is managed through the Organizational Development Division.

Florida Corrections Accreditation Commission, Inc. (FCAC) accreditation is state accreditation and applies to detention.  FCAC accreditation was received in 1998.  Detention accreditation is managed by the Organizational Development Division.

The Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation, Inc. (CFA) is state accreditation and applies to law enforcement. The agency has been accredited through CFA since 1996 and was the second in the state to receive the award.  Law enforcement accreditation is managed by the Organizational Development Division.
