Sheriff White Thanks Charity Bike Ride Participants
More than 600 motorcycles participated in this year's charity ride, and raised a net amount of more than $17,000. This is an increase over last year's event, which netted more than $16,000. This year's ride benefited the West Pasco Boys and Girls Club, which will be presented a check for $15,000. The inaugural bike ride last year helped to fund the Sheriff's Office's Missing and Abducted Child command post vehicle. Before the ride, participants enjoyed food, music, door and raffle prizes, which included a $3,500 enclosed motorcycle trailer, a Harley-Davidson leather jacket, and two Harley-Davidson gift cards. |
