Rhonda has brown hair, hazel eyes and is 5'8"/110 lbs. She was wearing numerous rings, including an Irish marriage ring, a dolphin ring, a heart ring and a filigree ring with a diamond. |

His electronic monitoring bracelet had been cut off and the keys to the truck were inside. Charles has not been seen or heard from since. |
