	On 8/17/1995, w/m Jeffrey Osborne was last seen at his residence at 35317 Carson Drive in Zephyrhills, Florida. At the time of his disappearance, Osbourne was 20 yoa, 5'11"/210 lbs with blonde hair and hazel eyes. He had several tattoos and scars. Foul play is suspected.
