	On 12/21/1991, w/m Gerald Polk was last seen at his residence at 15710 Little Ranch Road in Hudson, Florida. At the time disappearance, Polk was 26 yoa, 6'0"/160 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes. Polk was believed to be depressed. Foul play is suspected.
